Florian Plettenberg reports that the 18-year-old centre-back wants to join Liverpool with immediate effect, and negotiations with Parma are advanced, suggesting the club is moving quickly to secure the rising star.

Leoni has quickly established himself as one of Italy’s brightest defensive prospects, showcasing composure on the ball and strong positional awareness despite his young age.
